The HSDA Summit 2017 Application Is Now Open

Summit is where the next generation of leaders are made.

WASHINGTON – The High School Democrats of America (HSDA) is excited to announce that its application for the third annual HSDA Summit is now open to the public. Apply here.

Progressive students from across the country will gather in Washington, D.C. for five days of trainings at Summit on June 25-29, 2017. Participants will hear from a wide range of guest speakers and visit several notable D.C. sites. An agenda and further logistical information will be released in the near future.

All applications are due by February 19, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. PST. Former HSDA involvement is not required, and all high school students (including graduating seniors), are encouraged to apply and attend. Please keep in mind that Summit is meant to help create continuity and growth within the organization. Because space is limited, priority will be given to underclassman who have prior experience with HSDA. Graduating seniors will be considered, but are not guaranteed a spot.

Tuition for Summit is $450.00. This sum includes lodging, meals, registration, all programming costs, and transportation to and from programming sessions once at Summit. Participants are responsible for transportation to and from Washington, D.C. Please indicate in the application if you wish to receive information about fundraising and financial assistance.
