Join our Slack!

Click the button above to join our Slack channel. By joining, you get access to tons of information and opportunities shared by hundreds of HSDA members from across the country. From the newest members to the most senior members, to the state and national and caucus leaders in between, everyone on our Slack is here to answer your questions and remind you that HSDA is a family.

Connect with your state organization

Look through the states in which we have active leadership. By checking out our States page, you can get in touch with state leaders who can connect you to campaign and organizing opportunities, local in-person events, and other great opportunities for people local to your state.

Join a caucus

We’re still developing a new Caucus landing page, but check out the current resources we have to connect you to Caucuses. Caucuses are great ways to meet people like yourselves and make a change based on your shared identities. Caucuses host fun events, maintain social media presences, and push HSDA to be more inclusive in its policies and practices. Join a Caucus to learn about the ways you can harness the power of community for change!

Local chapter leader?

Check out all of the different resources and guides that HSDA has published to help you get your local chapter off the ground. Without grassroots local chapters, HSDA wouldn’t exist — we thank you for your efforts to lead and run the most integral part of HSDA, our local units. Of course, make sure you register your local chapter and view our Local Chapters page to learn more.

Also, if you notice your chapter isn’t on our map just yet, we update that map on a monthly basis. As long as you are registered with us (button at top of page), we’ll be able to add you to our map!
