Rural outreach commission

Founded in November 2023, the Rural Outreach Commission was established to “study the way that HSDA can engage with rural communities”. With the express goal of improving upon the way that HSDA expands and communicates with rural members and communities, Vice Chairman Henry Pahlow (WI) led a 19-member commission that interviewed rural political leaders and reported on engagement strategies.
